QUESTIONS

How do I make my reservation for this wedding?

Simple! Just click on the Make Reservation tab. From there, you can select when you want to travel and any add ons such as airfare, travel insurance and any special requests to make your vacation even better. Once submitted, your travel agent will email you a personalized quote.

I got my quote from our travel agent, now what?

If everything looks good, send your travel agent an email saying “please hold this reservation”. From there you can submit a payment request by clicking the Payment tab. Please ensure that the deposit amount is matches the deposit that your travel agent had in the quote.

I need to add flights to my reservation!

Of course! Just click on the Change Reservation tab, and then select Add Airfare to my Reservation. From there you can select which airport you would like to fly out of and any other preferences. We will need to reverify how your full name will appear on your Passport at time of travel.

I need to add another person to my room!

Sounds great! Just click on the Change Reservation tab, and then select Add/Remove Traveler. From there you can request the adjustments you need done on your reservation.

How can I make payment on my reservation?

Simple! Just click the Payment tab and select Additional Payment.
